From pickup request to destruction certificate
Seven documented stages your company’s e-waste goes through at Triple RE, from collection anywhere in Egypt to certificates issued at our licensed plant in 6th of October City.
Triple RE collects e-waste from companies within 3 to 7 days of a request, anywhere in Egypt. It then goes through seven stages: collection and transport, registration, data destruction, dismantling, mechanical processing, precious metal recovery and final treatment. The destruction certificate and final report are issued within 14 days of pickup.
The seven treatment stages
Collection & transport
We collect from offices, branches or plants in any governorate with a dedicated fleet for hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Registration & documentation
Devices are inventoried and logged on pickup for a documented chain of custody.
Data destruction
NIST 800-88 secure wiping or physical destruction of storage media.
Manual dismantling
Batteries, hazardous parts, circuit boards, metals and plastics are separated.
Mechanical processing
Materials are shredded and sorted for recycling.
Precious metal recovery
Valuable metals are recovered from circuit boards under our licensed activity.
Final treatment & report
Non-recyclable fractions are disposed of safely and the destruction certificate and final report are issued.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does pickup take?
Usually 3 to 7 days from the request. Very large shipments (over 10 tonnes) can take up to two weeks.
Do you collect outside Cairo?
Yes. We serve every governorate in Egypt with a dedicated fleet for hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
When are certificates issued?
The destruction certificate and final report are issued within 14 days of pickup.
Where is the e-waste treated?
At Triple RE’s licensed plant: Plot 95, Industrial Zone (Youth Warehouses), 6th of October City, Giza.
